(Blasting, Lighting & Pumping Will Be Done By Department).

Sealed Tenders Are Invited Under Two Bid System For The Following Work Of Removal Of OB By Hiring of HEMM, Tippers, Drills, Dozers Graders And Water Sprinkler Etc. From The Experienced And Reputed Contractors Who Has/(Have) In Its Name As A Prime Contractor Experience Of Having Successfully Executed Works Of Similar Nature [Such As Transportation/Removal Of Coal/ Overburden/Shale /Extraneous Materials/Sand Etc.] Valuing 65% Of The Annualized Value Of The Work Put To Tender In Any Year During Last 7 (Seven) Years Ending Last Day Of Month Previous To The One In Which Bid Applications Are Invited. In Case The Bidder Is Not A Prime Contractor But A Sub-Contractor, The Bidder Experience As Sub -Contractor Will Be Taken Into Account If The Contract In Support Of The Qualification Is A Sub – Contract In Compliance With The Provision Of Such Sub- Contract In The Original Contract Awarded To Prime Contractor. Note: (1) OB Removal Tenderers Are Requested To Quote Composite Rate Per Cum. (2) Rates Will Be Quoted Inclusive Of All Taxes And Duties Including Service Tax. The Onus For Payment Of Service Tax Will Be On The Contractor And He Shall Comply With The Provisions Of Service Tax To The Appropriate Authorities. The Company Will Have No Further Liability In This Regard. Further, A Copy Of The Registration Certificate Under The Provisions Of Service Tax Has To Be Submitted By The Contractor, To Confirm That He Is Liable For Regular Payment Of Service Tax To The Appropriate Authorities Along With Other Documents As Per NIT. (3) Evaluation Of Lowest Bidder Shall Be On The Basis of Total Value.
