Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) BOT, Western Railway, Near Platform no: 4 & 5, Railwaypura, Ahmedabad: 380 002 invites sealed tenders on prescribed forms obtainable on payment of
Rs.5000/- per document (By Hand), Rs.5500/- per document (by post) and Rs. 5600/- per document if required by speed post, for the following works.
Note : 1. Tender shall be received upto 15.00 hrs. on 16.07.2008 in the office of Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) BOT, Western Railway, Near Platform No: 4 & 5, Railwaypura, Ahmedabad : 380 002. The tender will be opened on the same day at 15.30 Hrs in the office of the DY. Chief Engineer(C) BOT, Western Railway, Ahmedabad.
2. Tender unaccompanied by requisite earnest money will be summarily rejected.
3. Tender document can be obtained on any working day from 05.06.2008 in the office of Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) BOT, Western Railway, Near Platform No: 4 & 5,
Railwaypura, Ahmedabad : 380 002 . Tender document will not be sold after 11.30 hrs on 16.0 7.2008.
4. The cost of tender form may please be remitted with any station of Western Railway and
original Money Receipt should be produced for getting the tender form.
5. In case 16.07.2008 happens to be holiday due to any reason, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
6. Railway reserves the rights to cancel the tenders at any stage and no tender fee shall be refunded.
7. Tender Documents are available on Western Railway Web Site www.wr.indianrail.gov.in
